Classification: Full time, exempt Reports to: QA Director Salary/hourly: 75K-95K Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr Role Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for web and mobile applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and technical specifications. Design and implement test plans, test cases, and test data for functional, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track software defects and issues. Work closely with developers to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues. Continuously improve and optimize the automation framework and testing processes. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging trends in QA automation. Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in QA automation, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry. Skilled in programming with C#. Experience with automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium or TestNG. Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber or similar. Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of insurance industry standards and regulations. Familiarity with performance testing tools such as LoadView or LoadRunner. Ability to work in a hybrid in-office and remote environment. Must be authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship. What we offer
