Opportunity for Independent Success: Owner Operators and Fleets Wanted Are you an owner operator or fleet manager looking for a partnership that prioritizes profitability and operational efficiency? We provide consistent freight opportunities, allowing you to focus on driving while we handle logistics.
Equipment Requirements
Tractors: 10 years old or newer, minimal body damage.
Trailers: 53' Fontaine Revolution trailers.
Securement Equipment: Comprehensive package available for purchase at discounted rates, or you may bring your own.
Compensation and Benefits
Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 ($2,500 at week 3 and $2,500 at week 6).
Revenue Splits: 70–80% of gross linehaul revenue, depending on trailer usage and tenure.
Fuel & Accessorial Pay: 100% fuel surcharge and 98.5% accessorial pay.
Weekly Gross: $4,500 – $5,000.
Weekly Settlements: Paid every Friday.
Benefits: None (independent contractor).
Operational Advantages
No freight procurement – we handle all freight logistics.
Insurance: Auto Liability and Cargo premiums covered.
Trailer maintenance: Preventative maintenance provided.
Tablet: Samsara tablet supplied.
Safety and Compliance
Safety Training: 3‑day program in Birmingham, AL.
Equipment Inspections: Required before training and bi‑annually.
Salary $4,500 – $5,000 per week.
