Overview
Position: Senior E-commerce Manager. Location: Valencia, CA (in-office). Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Job type: Full-time, salaried (exempt).
Compensation: Starting at $120,000 annually.

Responsibilities
E-Commerce Strategy & Growth: Define and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals; Identify new growth opportunities across digital channels, including marketplaces, direct-to-consumer (DTC), and emerging platforms; Oversee pricing, promotions, product assortment, and digital merchandising strategies.
Website and Platform Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, etc.); Ensure site functionality, usability, and performance meet customer expectations; Collaborate with developers and UX teams to optimize conversion rates, mobile experience, and checkout processes.
Digital Marketing and Customer Acquisition: Partner with marketing teams to execute campaigns across SEO, SEM, email, affiliates, and paid social; Analyze customer acquisition and retention metrics to maximize ROI; Drive personalization, A/B testing, and segmentation strategies.
Analytics and Reporting / Cross-Functional Collaboration: Monitor KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, cart abandonment, and customer lifetime value; Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance and forecast demand; Work closely with merchandising, logistics, IT, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless end-to-end customer experience; Manage vendor and third-party platform relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field (MBA preferred).
7+ years of progressive experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of driving online sales growth in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, Salesforce, or similar).
Proficiency in web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.).
Strong project management and leadership skills.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
