$35.00/hr - $35.00/hr Direct message the job poster from SSi People Develop and implement seasonal and allocation plans to meet financial targets, focusing on revenue, margin, and inventory. Create detailed load-in and replenishment strategies for various locations, adjusting allocations based on performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and execute trade activities to boost full-price sales. Maintain optimal inventory levels and Weeks of Supply (WOS) across all channels. Advise on size curve opportunities during pre-season planning. Support new store openings with timely and accurate product allocation. Skills Required: Strong ability to present complex data clearly to diverse audiences. Proficient in using data to drive decision-making and communicate business needs. Experience in allocation planning and understanding of financial, product, and inventory planning. Knowledge of merchandise and consumer strategies. Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent education and experience.
