Position Details:

Hours: 2080 per year

Schedule: 40 hours/week

Duration: 12 months/year

Responsibilities:

Collaborate on diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, student programs, and housing activities.

Supervise and mentor Residential Life Coordinators and Resident Advisors.

Design and coordinate training programs for student leaders.

Partner with campus leaders to uphold community standards.

Manage budgets and oversee summer residential operations.

Serve on-call for student residential community support.

Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in relevant field plus 3 years of experience in Residence Life or student affairs.

Experience with crisis response, supervision, and excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience supervising graduate or professional staff.

Knowledge of StarRez or Maxient software.

Experience in a private liberal arts college.

Other Details:

Supervises staff; does not drive college vehicles.

Salary Range: $56,116 - $67,337/year.
