Summary Under the direction of the CMM, coordinates and facilitates all phases of operation and maintenance work, including providing operations management support and service order management support. Also dual-hatted as the Quality Control Manager, leading the Quality Control Plan implementation. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate maintenance work efforts under the CMM. Assign, track, and report on work and productivity. Review work schedules and ensure coverage for planned work, outages, and escorts. Support in preparing status updates for repairs and preventive maintenance. Attend management meetings and provide input. Review inventory and ensure accuracy of asset lists. Support safety compliance with OSHA and related regulations. Manage service and task orders, including research, planning, and coordination. Review quotes and plans to determine project scope, funding, and staffing. Develop work plans and staffing requirements; coordinate recruitment or subcontractor assignment. Lead project meetings with stakeholders. Develop market research, recommend bids, and conduct negotiations. Coordinate project activities to ensure schedule and budget adherence. Prepare project status reports and modify plans as needed. Provide technical advice and resolve issues during projects. Coordinate with authorities for permits and documentation. Ensure quality assurance and conduct inspections, maintaining records. Review and improve quality control processes. Collect data for work orders and inspections. Assist the CMM during absences and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of medical research facility maintenance, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and safety systems. Minimum 2 years experience in quality control and facility management in health facilities. Experience with government design, construction policies, and standards (e.g., DoD MTF, NFPA, EPA, NIH, CDC). Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety procedures. 1-3 years experience in healthcare or medical research project management, supervisory experience preferred. Education & Certifications High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. Certifications such as ASHE CHFM, Healthcare Constructor, PMP preferred. Valid driver’s license and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Work Environment Indoor and outdoor work, including hazardous materials and confined spaces. Physical demands include climbing, lifting, and moving heavy objects. Must pass background check and obtain security clearance. This role offers a salary range of $90,000 to $100,000, with potential benefits. U.S. Persons only due to federal contract requirements. We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment testing.
