Job Responsibilities
Coordinate and execute custodial duties to maintain a healthy and clean work environment. Ensure that cleaning supplies and paper supplies are well stocked and reordered when required. Ensure all custodial equipment is operating correctly and notify supervisor of any deficiencies and/or any required corrective action or repairs. Ensure that all cleaning chemicals are utilized in accordance with MSDS requirements. Rotate areas of responsibility as needed to accommodate the agency\'s needs and assist in coverage for absences of other custodial staff. Work with light maintenance items as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor. Minimum and Additional Requirements
High school diploma Two (2) years of custodial experience Skills and the ability to operate custodial equipment and practice good housekeeping procedures Ability to manage inventory of custodial supplies including paper products and cleaning supplies Good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with agency personnel in a positive and productive manner Ability to lift up to 25 pounds Additional Information
