The Nagler Group Customer Support Representative – B2B / Industrial Products
Wilmington, MA | Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day remote after training)
$55,000–$65,000 base + 5% bonus | Full-Time, Permanent
About The Opportunity
We are partnering with a rapidly growing, independently owned sales and service center that is seeking candidates with 1-3 years of B2B customer service, inside sales, or order management experience.
What You’ll Do
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and electronic ordering systems (EDI, e-Store) regarding quotes, order entry, delivery timelines, and stock availability Develop deep product knowledge of the organization’s valves, fittings, and other industrial components Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly while maintaining professionalism and customer trust Partner closely with the sales team to fulfill complex customer needs Maintain accurate documentation for orders, quotes, certifications, and customer records Track and report on order entry errors and any service issues to drive continuous improvement Serve as a dedicated point of contact for select high-priority accounts
What We’re Looking For
1–3+ years of B2B customer service, inside sales, or order management experience—preferably in manufacturing, medical devices, industrial products, or similar technical industries Strong ERP/CRM skills—experience with SAP highly desirable Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal Detail-oriented, organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Professional, diplomatic approach to handling customer concerns Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
