Position Overview

This role will be based in Denver, CO. Following our flexible work policy (3 days in-office, 2 days flexible). The Program Manager is a key leader within the STP department at Vantage Data Centers, responsible for developing and managing the overall program strategy to align with enterprise goals and drive delivery of impactful initiatives. The Program Manager oversees multiple projects within their portfolio, optimizing resources, mitigating risks, and ensuring all components come together smoothly and efficiently. This role requires strong stakeholder engagement, financial oversight, and a deep understanding of portfolio priorities. The Program Manager plays

in progress reviews, executive communications, and change control ensuring programs stay on track and delivery outcomes align with Vantage's strategic goals. Essential Job Functions

Develop and execute program strategies and roadmaps that align with Vantage's enterprise goals and technology priorities. Engage with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs and expectations, and communicate progress and decisions effectively. Allocate and manage resources - including people, budget, and tools - across multiple initiatives to maximize delivery and minimize bottlenecks. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues, including those stemming from project interdependencies and shifting priorities. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against goals to measure delivery and drive ongoing improvement. Ensure individual projects are aligned and integrated, fostering collaboration and synergy across delivery teams. Provide regular progress reports to senior stakeholders, including executive reviews and program steering committees. Manage changes to program scope, schedule, and resources, ensuring all modifications are documented, approved, and effectively communicated. Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred. 3-5+ years program management experience, preferably within a technology portfolio or transformation context. Strong track record of delivering large, complex initiatives on time and within budget. Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Experience in risk and change management, multitasking across numerous initiatives, and optimizing resources in a dynamic environment. Familiarity with project portfolio and delivery frameworks, such as PMI, Lean, or SAFe. Travel: 20% could increase as business demands. Physical Demands and Special Requirements

Salary Range: $145,000 - $155,000 Base + Bonus (this range is based on Colorado market data and may vary in other locations) This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D, short and long-term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, 401k with company match, and other voluntary benefits.
