In Program Management we are viewed as the subject matter experts on optimizing the financial health of our programs in the device protection space. As a member of Asurion’s Program Management you will work with both internal and external teams to provide analysis that optimizes the economics of the diverse programs at all levels of the organization (call center, product, service network, finance, supply chain, and sales). The position will be responsible for creating and analyzing large data sets using both internal and external data as well as communicating the results across the organization in a way that drives the organization to action. Such analysis deep dives into the diverse set of products under Asurion main line of business, wireless device protection. We work on cross‑functional teams that are tightly integrated with our clients. As an Analyst Program Management with strong business acumen and data skills you will play a key role in the support of our international wireless clients. Role and Responsibilities
Track and communicate program KPIs to internal stakeholders Own the launch and maintenance of assets, analyze customer escalations and process refunds when necessary for assigned programs Support the development of forecasts of program KPIs for multiple carriers in collaboration with other functional areas Assist in the creation of client reporting packages and supporting analytics to be presented to internal Asurion leadership and external client teams Develop automated monthly and ad‑hoc reporting capabilities Write, interpret, and optimize complex queries working with large sets of data Create tables, data views, stored procedures, and functions Ensure integrity and quality of data Analyze and optimize drivers of profitability across various clients Support pricing and redesign proposals to recalibrate/further improve new and existing insurance programs Partner with other members of Program Management to develop common points of view on emerging trends, risks, and opportunities Partner with Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Customer Care, IT, and Client Services to gain support, resources and champions for initiatives aimed at improving captive profitability Here’s what you’ll bring to the team
Bilingual in Spanish (Proficient), with good written and verbal communication Detail oriented Bachelor’s degree required Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint preferred Experience in business/data analytics, demand/financial planning & analysis, risk management, or operations preferred Strong quantitative and analytical skills Demonstrated ability to understand complex issues at a detailed level Ability to communicate complex concepts and output to non‑experts in both a written and verbal manner Exceptional business insight and strategic orientation Critical thinking skills in formulating hypotheses, interpreting results, and being able to make educated guesses when data may be sparse or unavailable Intellectual curiosity and ability to handle high levels of ambiguity Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines Ability to anticipate problems and opportunities and the initiative to pursue solutions Why Asurion
