We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join Bozzuto’s team in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia. This role focuses on ensuring our residential properties are safe, functional and welcoming for residents and team members.

Primary Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service by resolving service tickets and performing preventative maintenance.
Repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance issues in units and common areas.
Prepare vacant apartments for move‑in through turn‑over repairs and improvements.
Preserve building beauty and safety through general upkeep, cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance.
Work weekends, evenings and be on call for after‑hour emergencies.
Qualifications
Experience in building maintenance or education in the trades.
Beginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair.
Availability for on‑call rotation and emergency situations.
Ability to exert 25‑50 pounds of force frequently or 10‑20 pounds of force constantly.
Reliable transportation to respond to on‑call emergencies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Sharp professional appearance.
Basic computer skills and comfort using software, apps and programs.
A service mentality and a thirst for learning.
Salary & Benefits Salary Range:
$50,000—$55,000 USD
