Oversee and manage the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution Conduct analyses on program dependencies and tradeoffs to inform strategic decisions Develop and present senior-level presentations to leadership across various departments Lead and mentor program management resources, ensuring high-quality delivery of projects Establish and maintain trusted relationships with key program partners and stakeholders What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Minimum of 2 large-scale program implementations Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies, including Agile How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

3+ years of people leadership experience, including leading other leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred Experience with Software Transformation programs, specifically Guidewire Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases Excellent skills using MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint #Insurance #ProgramManagement #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
