What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide central oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution
Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and tradeoffs to inform timelines and strategic investment decisions
Develop senior-level presentations and articulate program updates for senior leadership
Lead and mentor program management resources and ensure quality of services provided to internal customers
Establish trusted relationships with key partners and guide employees managing high complexity programs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management
Minimum of 2 large-scale program implementations
Strong understanding of program management and financial analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of people leader experience, including leading people leaders
Project Management Institute certification (PMP or PgMP) preferred
Experience in Software Transformation programs and Guidewire
Strong skills in financial analysis and business case development
Proficient in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
