Responsibilities
Provide central oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution
Conduct analysis on program levers, dependencies, and trade-offs to inform strategic investment decisions
Develop and present senior-level presentations to various leadership teams
Lead and mentor Program Management resources, ensuring effective project delivery
Establish trusted relationships with key program/project partners and guide them in managing complex initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consulting and enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management
Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement project management, and change management
Strong understanding of program management principles and methodologies
Minimum of 2 large-scale implementations of programs
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of people leadership experience, with at least 1 year leading other people leaders
Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred
Prior experience with Software Transformation programs, specifically Guidewire
Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases
High attention to detail and excellent skills using MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint
