Provide oversight and management for the Next Generation Transformation program from inception through execution Conduct analysis on program dependencies, tradeoffs, and timelines to inform strategic decisions Develop and present senior-level presentations to leadership across various departments Lead and mentor program management resources, ensuring high-quality project delivery Establish trusted relationships with key partners and guide project teams through complex initiatives What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent combination of education and experience; advanced degree preferred 10+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise-level portfolio/program/project management Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, and change management Expertise in analyzing and planning complex, multifunctional initiatives including budgeting and scheduling Minimum of 2 large-scale implementations of programs How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
3+ years of experience in a people leadership role, with at least 1 year leading other leaders Project Management Institute (PMI) certification as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) preferred Strong financial analysis skills and experience in developing/managing business cases Excellent proficiency in MS Excel, SmartSheet, and PowerPoint Previous experience with Software Transformation programs, particularly Guidewire #Insurance #ProgramManagement #RemoteWork #CareerGrowth #DiversityAndInclusion We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
