Program Manager- Marketing and Sales Technology
The Program Manager will be responsible for leading complex programs at DPR, driving the successful implementation of technology and business solutions. This role will partner closely with department leaders and cross-functional teams to align resources, develop strategic plans, and ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact. The Program Manager will serve as a key connector between business objectives and technical execution, fostering collaboration across the enterprise to support the vision of One DPR. Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders through proactive engagement and transparent communication. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Articulate a clear vision, strategy, and program objectives to stakeholders and team members. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Ensure alignment of program initiatives with organizational priorities and Integrated Workgroups. Program Management & Execution Lead and coordinate a portfolio of technology products, projects, and strategic initiatives. Oversee multiple project teams to ensure alignment with program goals and delivery timelines. Define and guide the strategic roadmap for product features, technology integration, and cross-functional collaboration. Establish and manage program governance, strategic plans, and performance objectives. Supervise and adjust program plans to ensure timely delivery, risk mitigation, and goal achievement. Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and operational effectiveness. Manage vendor relationships and ensure service delivery meets quality and organizational standards. Track, report, and present program progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership. Develop and manage program budgets with fiscal responsibility. Project Team Leadership Lead, coach, and manage a team of project managers and business analysts, fostering adaptability and accountability. Promote a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and professional growth. Provide mentorship and career development opportunities to team members. Drive alignment across internal and external teams, ensuring shared ownership of program outcomes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field (Master’s preferred). 7+ years of program or project management experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership capacity. Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of program governance, portfolio management, and strategic planning. Exceptional stakeholder engagement, communication, and negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships. Experience managing and mentoring teams of project managers and business analysts. PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification preferred. Construction industry or enterprise technology experience a plus. This is a hybrid role with most time being spent working from home. Attendance at important meetings and events at the local DPR office is required.
