Revenue Operations @ OMG
As a Revenue Operations Analyst, you'll turn data into strategy: building dashboards, analyzing trends, and delivering insights that fuel revenue growth. You'll optimize systems and processes, implement automation tools, and partner with teams across the business to ensure accurate reporting, seamless data flow, and impactful growth and retention strategies.
Day in the Life
Develop and maintain revenue operations dashboards and reports to track performance metrics, revenue trends, and sales forecasts
Conduct data analysis and modeling to identify patterns and insights that drive revenue growth and process optimization
Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting revenue performance and actionable recommendations
Evaluate existing revenue operations systems, processes, and tools to identify areas for improvement
Implement and optimize sales automation, CRM systems, and other tools to enhance operational efficiency and streamline revenue processes
Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and enhance systems for seamless data flow and accurate reporting
Work closely with revenue leadership to develop and implement growth and retention strategies
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration
Requirements Must Haves
A minimum of one year of Revenue/Sales Operations experience
Strong knowledge of Salesforce
Proven Excel user
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
High attention to detail
Team-player
Looker or other Power BI tools are a plus
SQL is a plus
