Clean and reset tables and transport dirty dishes to bus tub, tray or dish room Promptly deliver food to the correct guests according to table and position numbers Safely and effectively move chairs, tables, highchairs and booster seats Safely and effectively use and operate all necessary tools and equipment Communicate effectively to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction Multitask calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment Work in a confined, crowded space of variable noise and temperature levels Assist in managing inventory for beer, wine, liquor, sodas, and other beverage ingredients Follow established service sequence for consistent food & beverage guest experiences Check guests’ identifications to ensure legal age compliance Perform side work (e.g., keeping area clean, restocking) Maintain current knowledge of menu offerings Move and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; stand and walk for an entire shift Maintain positive guest relations and follow safety and sanitation policies Make rounds to ensure tables are attended to with clean utensils, water, napkins, and condiments Ensure restaurant cleanliness meets standards Key Responsibilities & Duties
Ensure overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs Greet guests warmly and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy Assist service team with food and beverage service Follow all steps of service and food allergy procedures Comply with safety, sanitation guidelines, and employment policies Be a team player and collaborate with others What You Bring
Previous experience preferred Salary Range
$14-$16/hour + tips Benefits
