Plant Manager Responsibilities

Plant Manager Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Operational Management A minimum of 5 years in a similar role in heavy industry Strong organizational skills and the ability to do financial modeling and budgeting Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively communicate with people at all levels
Plant Manager Salary And Benefits
Annual salary of $125k - $150k EBITDA Bonus of up to $50k 401 (k) plan with a company match Excellent PTO (paid time off) package Growing company with a great culture
