Senior Quality Manager
in the Cary/Clayton, NC area who is excited about working on projects that enable the heart of our clients’ business. Join us to work on projects including state-of-the-art industrial and commercial facilities. Key Responsibilities
Communicate field quality issues to appropriate stakeholders. Work with discipline subcontractors to ensure contractor quality plans and Inspection Test Plans (ITPs) are in place and compliant with site-specific requirements. Lead contractor quality audits on-site and in fabrication facilities. Ensure ITPs and inspection/test forms (Test Packs) are understood, acted upon, and completed in a timely manner, with all Test Packs compliant with ITPs. Assist in developing Construction Turn Over Package requirements. Provide on-site assistance, monitor, and visually inspect materials at receipt and before installation. Ensure Nonconformities are captured in NCRs and corrective actions are implemented. Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Industrial Construction with QA/QC experience. Ability to read and interpret engineering specifications, documents, and drawings. Experience performing quality audits for contractor work. Perform system walkdowns and maintain punch lists. Hands-on experience with QA/QC processes. Previous experience leading QA/QC teams. Preferred Skills and Experience
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in multidisciplinary teams. Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Life Sciences/Pharma construction experience is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management is a plus. Certified technical training is preferred. Additional Information
