B Shift - Quality Inspector

On-Site: This role is required to be on-site 5 days at the Denver, Colorado location.
Note: B Shift schedule is every other Wednesday; Thursday, Friday, and Saturday 5:50 AM – 6:00 PM.
Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspection on manufactured parts/products to released drawings and specifications.
Document non-conformances and report issues to the Quality Supervisor or Sr. Quality Engineer.
Inspect raw materials as needed.
Uphold and communicate the purpose, values, and vision of Intertech and TriMas.
Complete daily tasks in accordance with Intertech’s Policies and Procedures and safety rules.
Utilize engineering drawings, history files, inspection instructions, technical specifications, QA procedures, and related documents for inspections.
Support and follow all ISO 13485 standards; identify and report non-conforming material and product.
Understand and apply product traceability; perform preliminary and progressive production inspections, verify functional operation, final inspections, and verify paperwork.
Conduct tests and inspections to evaluate quality or performance; investigate or report questionable inspection results.
Verify and document specified manufacturing process steps; perform first article conformity inspections; perform area inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
Provide technical support to manufacturing personnel; perform general 5S activities daily; work independently; interpret and implement technical procedures and work instructions.
Qualifications
Previous injection molding, manufacturing, QA experience preferred.
Experience in an ISO 13485 regulated environment preferred.
Basic computer skills with Microsoft Office; basic math skills.
Familiar with inspection tools, methods, and techniques; ability to read and write in English required; bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
Knowledge or understanding of basic statistics or SPC is preferred.
Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.00.
Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
