This opportunity is for a full‑time Administrative Assistant with warehouse release operations experience. The role handles release orders, customer service, and independent work in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

Bring releases into PKMS via the interface.

Route releases through PKMS (wholesale management system).

Fix any errors in the system.

Wave picks and release orders.

Rip picks and sort after they are run.

Bring picks down to the Tower by cart.

Repeat process 1 to 6 for Engraving, Noon release, 2:00 release, and Whse2 for Geoge Jensen.

Work with customer service to release orders based on warehouse workload.

Fix Geoge Jensen errors for orders coded wrong when they enter PKMS.

Work with inventory team to release stock share orders between Fiskars facilities (e.g., Australia).

Do adjustments in AX (planning software) for Whse2 Georg Jensen.

Control stock order office with labels and ribbons.

Change ribbon printing settings.

Work with warehouse team to fix inventory issues for orders with shortages.

Communicate any order issues to customer service.

Generate daily and monthly reports.

Supply orders for Tower and Packing as needed.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Administrative support experience.

Distribution/warehouse experience ideal.

Microsoft Office proficiency.

Purchase order knowledge.
