Eurofins Environtment Testing is Burlington, WA is seeking a Project Manager Assistant I to join our team! The Project Management Assistant I is an onsite position responsible for supporting the Project Management staff in servicing clients to meet the Client Service Organization mission. Responsibilities

Project set-up: Creates bottle orders Project set-up: Schedules courier or field sampler, if needed Project set-up: Confirms non-Eurofins Environment Testing America subcontract labs are on the approved list and set up as vendors for existing work Project set-up: Generates accounting software requisition when sending subcontract samples Sample Receipt: Reviews log-in Sample Receipt: Generates subcontract paperwork Sample Receipt: Sends client sample receipt confirmation Sample Receipt: Reviews draft invoice Sample Receipt: Confirms that any client needed information (purchase order, project number, etc.) is recorded in LIMS for invoicing Reporting: Creates and issues final report by client due date Reporting: Issues final data package Reporting: State reporting forms and submission Reporting: Data upload Reporting: Compiles case narrative Invoicing: Reviews final invoice before issuing to client Invoicing: Generates credit/debit memos as needed Invoicing: Submits credit/debit memos for approval Invoicing: Submits approved credit/debit memos to client, if needed Invoicing: Submits revised invoices Qualifications

Associates degree (four years client-relationship/client service experience may substitute for degree) 1-3 years business experience required Prefer bench chemist experience Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship. Professional working proficiency in English is required, including the ability to read, write, and speak in English. Additional Information

This is a Full-time position, Monday-Friday 8 am to 5 pm with possible overtime & weekends. Compensation range:

$20.00/hr - $28.00/hr (DOE) Candidates within a commutable distance to Burlington, WA are encouraged to apply.
