Product Manager, Medical Device / Global Spine & Orthopedics (10408 2025654) Location: Virginia Beach, VA Department: Marketing Clinical Status: Non-Clinical Base pay range: $87,226.00/yr - $116,301.00/yr How You’ll Make An Impact
Develops market/product strategies and tactics, interfacing with commercial partners to drive regulatory approval and implementation. Provide leadership to execute plans to drive the development of platform and product category strategies/roadmaps and successful global commercialization of product solutions and technologies to support defined business objectives. Responsible for providing field support, product development support and engaging in customer events. Your work will have purpose every day, contributing directly to life-changing outcomes. What You’ll Do
Develops and implements key marketing collateral materials, clinical education programs, and other marketing activities using PowerPoint and other multimedia tools to support branding of the product line with customers and partners. This may involve collaboration with external resources including alliance partners and/or medical professionals. Implements annual tactical plans and develops strategic marketing plans with short-, mid-, and long-term goals. Includes situational market analysis, revenue forecasts, competitive analysis, and identification of opportunities and threats. Evaluates the product-marketing plan to ensure compatibility with LifeNet Health’s mission. Analyzes sales trends and develops product portfolio plans to fill gaps and align with new product development efforts. Identifies market needs and makes recommendations for these products. Provides ongoing support and collaboration with LifeNet Health representatives, key opinion leaders, and alliance partners regarding product material development, product performance, and quality improvement. Supports end users, field reps, and client services staff with presentations that increase product knowledge and clinical application training. Gathers information on product use, obstacles, and useful techniques from surgeon relationships. Works closely with R&D teams to support new product development and launch efforts, including validating new product design, functionality, and clinical applications with customers and implementing marketing and sales plans. Attends activities related to coordinating tradeshow and professional society meetings for the respective product. Implements pricing and product offering strategies based on customer needs and processing feasibility. What You’ll Bring
Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree (BS or BA); degree in business, marketing or related field Valid Driver’s License Minimum of 3 years’ marketing experience in medical device marketing or other healthcare field Preferred/Skills/Certification: 2 years of experience in the specific field, 1 year experience in development and market introduction of new medical products Key Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Effective oral, written and presentation communication skills Ability to influence without authority Benefits & Perks
