to oversee and coordinate all product demonstration activities for our brand! In this role, you’ll manage a team of demo specialists, collaborate with marketing and sales to align demos with business goals, and deliver interactive presentations that inspire customers and boost sales. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Team Management & Coordination Lead, train, and motivate a team of demo specialists to deliver outstanding product presentations. Build effective schedules to ensure full coverage for demo events and activations. Provide coaching, performance feedback, and support to help team members succeed. Product Demonstration Planning & Execution Partner with marketing and sales teams to create engaging demo strategies aligned with brand goals. Organize and execute high-quality in-store, on-site, and event-based product demonstrations. Develop demo scripts, materials, and displays to ensure consistent messaging and presentation excellence. Engage customers to educate them on product features, benefits, and value while promoting brand loyalty. Customer Engagement & Sales Support Interact with customers in a professional and engaging manner to increase awareness and sales conversions. Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve future demos and product offerings. Collaborate with sales to track leads, measure event performance, and support follow-up activities. Event Planning & Logistics Coordinate logistics for demo events, including setup, staffing, and product display. Manage demo events at trade shows, retail locations, and promotional activations. Ensure all events run smoothly, on schedule, and according to company standards. Inventory & Product Management Ensure all demo products, samples, and materials are properly stocked, maintained, and ready for events. Work with logistics and inventory teams to coordinate timely deliveries to demo sites. Track and manage demo supplies to ensure consistency and efficiency at every event. Reporting & Performance Analysis Collect and analyze data from product demos to evaluate ROI and overall effectiveness. Prepare detailed performance reports, including customer engagement metrics, feedback, and sales impact. Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven adjustments to demo strategies. Health & Safety Compliance Ensure all demo activities comply with health, safety, and food-handling regulations (if applicable). Maintain a clean, safe, and organized demo environment at all times. Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older. Non-slip shoes are required for safety (not provided). Legal authorization to work in the United States. Reliable transportation is a must. Proven experience in a demo, sales, or marketing management role (2-5 years). Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Ability to engage and educate customers in an approachable and persuasive manner. Experience in event planning and project management. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexibility to travel or work outside standard business hours, as needed. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 lbs regularly Capable of working in a fast-paced, high-traffic retail setting Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts as scheduled How to Apply:
