About The Role The Business Development Representative will engage engineering leaders, drive business growth and meet monthly quotas for a robust pipeline of qualified leads. The role collaborates with Account Executives, the VP of Sales, the Marketing team, and the CEO to execute demand‑generation strategies using phone, email, social media and innovative marketing channels.
Responsibilities
Identifying potential customers through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media.
Working closely with sales and marketing teams to align strategies and goals.
Evaluating leads to determine their potential as customers based on established criteria.
Coordinating and arranging initial sales conversations.
Participating in relevant industry events as required.
Undertaking supplementary responsibilities as delegated.
Qualifications
Strong desire for a career in tech sales.
1–2 years of professional experience in a customer‑facing role.
In‑depth knowledge of creative prospecting techniques.
Self‑starter and learner, comfortable working in a startup environment and shifting priorities based on new goals.
Proven ability to overcome obstacles through hard work, determination, and creativity.
Compensation Philosophy Base salary range: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year. Compensation is tailored to experience, location, and skills, with a commission‑based structure to align incentives.
