We’re hiring a Sales Development Manager to inspire and develop a high-performing SDR team by setting the vision, driving results, and shaping the future of Silktide’s growth engine. We’re a fast‑growing, profitable, self‑funded SaaS platform with customers including Fortune 500 Global companies, universities, local and state government agencies, and more. We build software that helps organisations create accessible, fast, high‑quality websites. What You Will Do

Inspire and coach a team of SDRs to become world-class at prospecting, messaging, cadence design, and qualification — turning potential into performance. Own the outbound funnel from first touch to qualified opportunity, bringing focus, drive, and clarity to consistently smash team targets. Lead with rhythm and purpose through weekly standups, energising 1:1s, and performance reviews — using data to spot opportunities and partnering with Sales, Marketing, CS, and RevOps to level up strategy. Model excellence by engaging in hands-on coaching when needed and maintaining your own skills at a high level. Shape and optimise systems behind the scenes — lead routing, enrichment, scoring, and attribution — working with RevOps to build a scalable machine. Be the example your team follows and help others reach and exceed outbound standards. About You

Have at least 1 year of experience managing SDRs or a similar outbound sales team. Have been a top‑performing SDR yourself — you know what good looks like. You're an inspiring, high‑energy leader who thrives on developing others. You love coaching on calls, emails, strategy, and seeing people grow. You're comfortable holding teams accountable while supporting their success. You understand outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and qualification, both strategically and tactically. You’re data‑driven and use metrics to drive performance. You have a strong understanding of backend data systems that support outbound and can partner with RevOps to improve them. You’ve used tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Salesloft, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. You’re excited to build processes, challenge the status quo, and raise the bar every day. Compensation

Base salary: $100,000 to $130,000 OTE: $150,000 to $180,000, uncapped commission with accelerators and real potential to earn more What Is In It For You
