Job Summary As a Patient Care Technician, you will be a crucial member of our nursing care team, delivering hands‑on care and creating a safe, welcoming environment for patients. Responsibilities
Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth procedures and recovery.
Provide non‑medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
Maintain patient areas, operating rooms, and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to support safety and efficiency.
Manage supplies, equipment, and environmental logs to keep the team ready and protect patients via infection control.
Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team while promoting safety and quality efforts.
Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification obtained within 30 days of employment.
Nonviolent Crisis Intervention certification obtained within 60 days of employment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
