The team provides patient care and supportive services aimed at positive patient outcomes, involving the patient in their own care plan and reducing hospitalization length. The staff nurse plays a key role in staff engagement, patient experience, quality and safety, and cost-effective care. Position Summary:

The Staff Nurse manages and provides care to patients and their families, supervising nursing care provided by other team members. Responsibilities include assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, delegating, and evaluating nursing care in line with the professional practice model. Additional Information:
