Overview

Nursing Supervisor (RN) at Riverside Rehab Center 2. Location: New Haven, CT or nearby. This role includes supervising an interdisciplinary team to provide quality care and ensuring the health, comfort, and well-being of residents. What You'll Do

RN Supervisor for 8pm-8am, every other Sunday. Supervise and guide nursing staff to ensure high-quality care delivery Oversee daily operations, including staffing assignments and resource allocation Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans Conduct regular assessments and audits to maintain quality standards Provide mentorship, training, and support to nursing staff Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and protocols Qualifications

Valid state nursing license Advanced degree or certification preferred Experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a long-term care setting preferred Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care Interest in the nursing needs of the aged and chronically ill with the ability to work with both Strong clinical, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment What We Offer
