Float MRI / CT Technologist | Denver Metro Area
This full‑time position reports to the Regional Manager of Clinical Operations and requires travel to multiple imaging sites in the South Denver area. The role includes a $10,000 sign‑on bonus and an additional float differential pay of 10% of base wage per hour.
Key Responsibilities
Perform MRI and CT procedures as ordered, achieving high quality and timeliness.
Escort patients to the treatment room and assist with dressings as necessary.
Complete all required paperwork to ensure timely delivery of CT services.
Explain MRI and CT procedures to address patient concerns and questions.
Practice radiation protection techniques to minimize exposure to patients and staff.
Obtain interpretation from the radiologist and complete related paperwork.
Conduct quality control measures to monitor machine performance and report malfunctions or adjustments to the site manager.
Provide courteous customer service to patients, staff, and visitors and maintain a professional atmosphere.
Respond to a medical emergency, including administering CPR.
Assist patients with positioning on the exam table and help prevent falls.
Requirements
ARRT (MR) and (CT) certification required.
1–2 years magnetic resonance experience preferred.
Maintain current continuing education as set by the ARRT.
Regular travel between ISJ clinic sites expected.
Work independently and reliably with transportation.
CPR/BLS certified.
Read, write, and speak English fluently.
Compensation Pay range: $37.00 to $52.00 per hour. Additional float differential pay of 10% of base wage.
