Job Details Fusion Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled Rehab RN for a 13‑week travel assignment in Enid, Oklahoma. Required Qualifications

One year of recent experience as a Rehab RN

Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations

Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)

Preferred Qualifications

ACLS certification

NIHSS certification

Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position

Essential Work Functions

Complete nursing assessment of patients on the unit and document appropriately into patient records.

Prepare patients for surgery, including educating them about procedures and post‑operative care.

Coordinate and provide holistic patient care, including mobility support, rehabilitation exercises, and activities of daily living (ADLs), while ensuring adherence to individualized care plans.

Monitor and evaluate patients’ responses to therapeutic interventions, documenting progress and communicating any deviations or concerns to the interdisciplinary team.

Safely administer prescribed medications and treatments ensuring proper documentation and compliance with safety protocols.

Maintain a clean, organized environment and ensure rooms are adequately stocked with necessary supplies and equipment to support rehabilitation care.

Assist with safe patient transport to and from therapy sessions, diagnostic procedures, or other care areas as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice.

Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills

Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.

Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language.

Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills.

Physical Abilities – Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50‑100 lbs), push, pull, and bend.

Interpersonal Skills – Must work effectively with a variety of personnel to present a positive attitude and professionalism.

Technical/Motor Skills – Ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.

Mental Requirements – Ability to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure; work under close supervision occasionally; contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and maintain continuous concentration to detail.

Sensory – Must possess visual acuity and be able to communicate effectively.
