Nexus-Woodbourne is seeking a Clinical Supervisor in Treatment Foster Care to support our Treatment Foster Care program by providing clinical oversight and supervision to therapists and case managers serving youth with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Position Summary:

The Clinical Supervisor oversees, leads, and develops staff and manages daily operations within the service area, through effective leadership, communication, organization, and planning. Primary Responsibilities Clinical Planning & Service Delivery: Develops, implements, and maintains operational and clinical policies, procedures and systems that support efficient and effective delivery of services to clients per Nexus guidelines. Clinical Strategy: In collaboration with CQI (Quality), assesses and interprets service and performance data; identifies client and service trends, risk, outcomes, and compliance opportunities. Service & Treatment Plans: Participates in the evaluation of prospective clients; ensures staff readiness and understanding of service area expectations. Employee Selection, Training & Performance Evaluation: Actively participates in the interviewing and hiring process; orients, mentors, trains, and develops staff with organizational and licensing guidelines. Staff Monitoring & Service Area Policy: Ensures confidentiality regarding client background and treatment; complies with Nexus policies involving client privacy, boundaries, and confidentiality. Requirements Master's degree in Social Services, Social Work, Clinical Counseling, Psychology, or clinically related field required. Experience in adolescent, adult, and family-based behavioral counseling and/or clinical experience required. Licensure Required: LCSW-C Valid driver’s license required.
