Serve as the solo Neonatal Nurse Practitioner on the NICU unit Manage patient care for a census of 8-15 infants (maximum unit capacity of 20) Collaborate with an on-call neonatologist Participate in a busy delivery service within a NICU (no surgeries; no transport duties required) Provide neonatal resuscitation and stabilization as needed Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and standards of care Additional Information / Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of recent experience in a NICU setting Washington state license required Required certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Board certification required: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) Benefits
