Physical Therapist ( per diem)
Come work with a great team! Vantage Healthcare & Rehab at Hampden is now hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) to provide rehabilitation services to our patients and residents. This facility seeks a caring, warm-hearted PT who is currently licensed in Massachusetts or is a graduate from an approved PT program and is actively working toward obtaining licensure. Responsibilities
Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation per state practice act
Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
Record and document patient care services accurately and concisely
Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well‑rounded care
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy Program.
Current MA State PT License.
Experience in SNF settings is preferred, but not required.
Exceptional customer service and patient care experience.
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
