$336,960 yearly compensation estimate ($162/hr X $2080 hours a year), $28,080 a month on average, working 40 hours a week Bonus:
$3,000 starting bonus, paid over a 3-month period Location:
Susanville, CA Duties
Serve as clinician-of-the-day, providing on-call availability for patient emergencies during scheduled work days. Collaborate effectively with staff from all classifications to enhance professional working relationships and ensure quality care. Conduct initial mental health evaluations, including criminal, psychological, and substance abuse case history assessments, and make treatment recommendations. Perform clinically sound suicide risk evaluations, applying assessment protocols and ensuring proper documentation. Conduct crisis intervention, group psychotherapy, and face-to-face interviews with mentally ill inmates. Identify signs and symptoms of psychiatric disorders, assess, diagnose, and manage presenting symptomatology. Administer and interpret psychological tests, write clinical reports, and develop treatment plans. Consult on complex cases with supervisors, treatment team members, and healthcare personnel. Monitor inmate progress and maintain ethical standards in treatment delivery. Conduct mental status exams and analyze relevant documents to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Compile and analyze data from audits and contribute to the implementation of new programs for patient rehabilitation. Requirements
