Outpatient Clinic: Monday-Thursday, 8 AM - 5 PM; Friday 8 AM - Noon; Average 18-22 patients per day; Supportive clinic staff, modern EMR Inpatient Rounding and Call Coverage: Light hospital volume; Seasonal fluctuation (higher in winter, lower in summer); Shared call schedule 10 days per month; with low call-back frequency Deliveries & Nursery: Pediatric support only (no NICU) Compensation and Benefits
