The Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School (NJMS) seeks a Full-Time Transplant Hepatologist, board eligible/certified in Gastroenterology and Hepatology, with liver transplant experience. The candidate must possess excellent clinical, teaching, and interpersonal skills, with research interests and a commitment to an academic career. This individual will focus mainly on general hepatology and transplant hepatology, with responsibilities including inpatient hepatology service, outpatient clinics, and GI procedures. The ideal candidate will actively contribute to the growth of our liver transplant program. Responsibilities include patient care, research, and teaching (medical students, residents, and fellows) in accordance with policies of Rutgers NJMS, University Hospital, and the Division of Gastroenterology & Hepatology.
