Location: Mooresville, IN (Onsite) Onsite - will float to Mooresville, Avon, Brownsburg, Greenwood, New Palestine, and Greenfield Schedule: Work 3-4 days per week, Hours M-F 8:00 am – 7:00 pm, Saturdays 9:00 am – 5:30 pm, Sundays 9:00 am – 4:30 pm Training: 40 hours x 3 weeks Position Details
Contract Length: 5 months Location: Mooresville, IN Requirements
Completion of a Masters Degree level Family Nurse Practitioner program with current National Board Certification and State license to practice in the Advanced Practice Nurse role A minimum of 1 year of recent Primary Care experience as a Nurse Practitioner in family medicine or primary care preferred DEA registration is required at time of offer acceptance Working knowledge of quality measurement in management of chronic disease conditions Self-motivated, prioritizes and solves problems, takes initiative, and advocates for patients and practice Effective verbal, written, and electronic communication skills Must be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by start date (with exemption allowances) BLS Benefits
