Overview Exciting full-time opportunity for an Occupational Therapist at a growing pediatric outpatient clinic in Eagle River, AK, just outside of Anchorage. Flexible options include full-time or part-time work; option to work 4-10s if desired. This clinic provides comprehensive speech and occupational therapy services and partners with educators to support social/emotional group interactions, executive functioning, and more. You will collaborate with the clinic, children, and caregivers to achieve positive patient outcomes. This is a pay-for-performance opportunity with opportunities to earn through productivity, with compensation for a 28-visit-per-week caseload.

Location note: Eagle River, AK (near Anchorage) and potential for involvement with JBER depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

Deliver occupational therapy services to pediatric patients in an outpatient setting.

Collaborate with the clinic team, families, and educators to support social/emotional development and executive functioning.

Partner with patients and caregivers to develop and implement effective treatment plans.

Manage documentation and paperwork efficiently to support patient care and clinic operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy.

Current state license or eligibility to obtain licensure in the applicable state.
