Registered Mental Health Nurse – Inpatient Rehabilitation – Warrix Avenue, Irvine.
Responsibilities
Deliver person-centred care and evidence-based interventions to inpatients and community patients clinically as the need arises.
Support the Senior Charge Nurse and multidisciplinary team at Warrix Avenue and Warrix Outreach service.
Contribute to discharge planning, robust care planning and involvement of carers.
Develop therapeutic activities and undertake training to develop skills and competencies as required.
Promote collaborative working within the multi-disciplinary team and across multi-agency services.
Qualifications
First level nursing qualification and current registration with the NMC with evidence of continuing professional development.
Excellent communication, interpersonal and time management skills with a positive attitude.
Willingness to undertake training to develop required therapeutic skills and competencies.
Hours & Pay 37 per week – 12 hour shifts (74 hours a fortnight).
Driving licence & Shift patterns UK driving licence essential. A flexible approach to shift patterns is essential.
