Overview
We are seeking a Case Manager Prof Other to ensure that patients receive high‑quality, efficient care across the continuum. Corpus Christi Medical Center Bay Area is part of the HCA Healthcare system, a large network of hospitals in Corpus Christi and the surrounding Coastal Bend community.
Responsibilities
Determines priority on patient care and completes work within the appropriate time frame.
Delegates work appropriately to job classifications with clear, concise directions.
Ensures accuracy and completeness of work performed.
Follows hospital policy and procedure in performing job functions, skills, and tasks.
Willing to adjust personal schedule in case of workload fluctuations or other departmental needs.
When the assigned work is complete, seeks additional tasks to be done.
Performs well in stress and emergency situations, demonstrating effective coping skills.
Follows through with assignments and informs supervisor if unable to complete task.
Qualifications
Basic Cardiac Life Support
Registered Nurse (RN)
Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree
