Base pay range

We are looking for an experienced, team-oriented

Estimator . The successful candidate must be a self-motivated problem solver with a keen eye for detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for excellence. Essential Functions

Assemble material and labor costs for clients and proposals for construction projects. Conduct subcontractor solicitation and pre-qualification tasks. Analyze and insert specialty and standard equipment and material pricing into the estimate. Confirm estimates meet schedule protocols and scope specifications. Evaluate and condition subcontractor and supplier quotes. Research cost history and update databases. Provide preliminary pricing for indirect and general conditions. Review specialty and standard equipment pricing. Review plans and specifications for estimated completion. Review commercial terms and conditions for cost and risk items and present concerns to the lead estimator. Ensure accuracy and validity of estimate clarifications and assumptions. Analyze and price value engineering for submission. Perform all other duties as assigned. Qualifications

Minimum of six (6) years of experience as an estimator in electrical construction or equivalent. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent degree. Applicable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. Skills and Abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (required) and Trimble Accubid v16 (preferred). Exceptional time management, multitasking, and interpersonal skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and stakeholders. Strong research, proposal writing, and presentation skills. Extensive knowledge of industry best practices and standards. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Seniority level
