The

Senior Project Manager

will lead high-profile electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full responsibility for scope, schedule, budget, and team leadership. This role requires a strategic thinker who thrives in fast-paced environments, communicates effectively with clients and stakeholders, and can drive projects valued $100M+ to successful completion. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in large-scale, schedule-driven projects—particularly within data centers, mission-critical facilities, or industrial environments. Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale electrical construction projects (>$100M), ensuring all goals for scope, schedule, cost, and quality are met. Oversee and mentor project teams including project managers, engineers, field leaders, and subcontractors. Serve as the main point of contact with clients, general contractors, and design partners; manage client relationships and expectations. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and risk assessments using tools such as Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project. Collaborate with preconstruction and estimating teams during the bid process; participate in proposal development and project planning. Manage change orders, subcontractor agreements, and procurement timelines. Implement and enforce company safety and quality standards across all phases of the project. Provide regular updates to executive leadership, participate in strategic planning meetings, and contribute to companywide project delivery standards. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or related discipline required. 8–12+ years of progressive project management experience within electrical construction. Demonstrated success delivering large-scale, complex projects—experience in

data centers ,

advanced manufacturing , or

heavy industrial

preferred. Deep understanding of NEC, OSHA safety protocols, and best practices in field installation and project controls. Proficiency with project management and scheduling platforms such as

Procore ,

Primavera P6 ,

Bluebeam , and

Autodesk Build . Excellent leadership, organizational, and client-facing communication skills. Ability to lead teams through complex challenges and make sound decisions under pressure Seniority level
