We are seeking a highly skilled

MEP Project Manager

to lead large-scale construction projects within mission-critical data centers and complex industrial facilities. The role requires strong technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, as well as proven experience managing high-value projects from design through commissioning. The ideal candidate will bring a track record of success in coordinating fast-paced, technically demanding environments where system reliability and precision are paramount. Key Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle management of MEP scope on mission-critical and industrial projects, including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor oversight. Collaborate with design, engineering, and construction teams to ensure MEP systems meet project requirements and client expectations. Manage subcontractors and trade partners, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and performance standards. Oversee installation and integration of high-capacity HVAC, power distribution, and plumbing systems supporting data centers and industrial operations. Support preconstruction planning, including estimating, constructability reviews, and value engineering of MEP systems. Drive commissioning activities, ensuring all systems meet redundancy, uptime, and performance requirements for mission-critical operations. Maintain strong client communication, providing updates on project progress, risk management, and technical issue resolution. Foster a collaborative, solutions-driven project culture with internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience). 7+ years of project management experience in large-scale MEP projects, preferably within data center, industrial, or mission-critical sectors. Proven success managing multimillion-dollar budgets and delivering projects on time and within scope. Deep knowledge of mechanical and electrical infrastructure, including cooling systems, chilled water plants, medium/high-voltage power distribution, and fire protection systems. Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, etc.). Understanding of codes, standards, and industry best practices specific to mission-critical environments. Preferred Experience

Prior experience managing hyperscale data center builds or large healthcare/industrial MEP projects. Familiarity with redundancy and uptime standards (Tier III/IV data centers, N+1, 2N designs). Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or CCM are advantageous.
