What You’ll Do
Lead complex projects from initiation to delivery, managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources.
Influence and coordinate across engineering, design, manufacturing, IT, procurement, and more.
Develop project plans, staffing strategies, and business cases that get buy‑in at all levels.
Navigate ambiguity with confidence, defining clear goals and deliverables.
Oversee product requirements, technical assessments, prototyping, and production approvals.
Track milestones, manage risks, and communicate progress with clarity and impact.
Mentor other project managers and elevate the engineering project management discipline.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field and 3+ years of project‑management experience; or equivalent combinations of education and experience (associate degree with 8 years, high school with 12 years).
Ability to manage multiple tasks, projects, and priorities effectively.
Strong planning, monitoring, and communication skills with project partners.
Demonstrated independent work with general supervision.
Excellent verbal and written communication for complex processes.
Financial analysis proficiency and understanding of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost maximization.
Intermediate proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
Preferred Skills And Qualifications
Knowledge of SAP and Stage Gate.
Project management training or coursework covering risk, quality, and scheduling.
PMP Certification.
