In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and contribute to the development of cutting-edge technologies. You will report directly to our Director of Engineering, Healthcare LOB and you'll work out of our Richardson location on a “on-site” work schedule. Job Description

Lead and manage a team of engineers to develop and deliver high-performance sensing solutions and products Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and ensure successful delivery of innovative solutions Provide technical expertise and guidance to the team in solving complex engineering problems Support NPI performance in close coordination with Integrated Supply Chain Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance engineering processes and efficiency Benefits Of Working For Honeywell

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as engineering or related field Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering roles, with a focus on sensors or related technologies Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications
