BELFOR Property Restoration . Qualified candidates will be responsible for managing field office personnel, logistics, equipment and consumable usage, and vehicle assignments and maintenance. Additionally, this position is responsible for reviewing and approving time entries that impact job costs and billing, as well as managing personnel time off requests. You may also oversee large losses requiring additional management and supervision. Responsibilities
Communicate professionally with customers, subcontractors, employees, and insurance companies. Coordinate and manage multiple projects of various complexities simultaneously, including larger mitigation jobs as field superintendent as needed. Provide technical explanations to clients, adjusters, consultants, and others. Meet regularly with estimators and superintendents to ensure work accuracy and maintain contact with customers. Visit job sites to ensure quality. Schedule daily work orders from estimators and project managers for restoration, contents, and light rebuilds. Provide constructive feedback and direction to complete tasks on time and within budget. Ensure all work crews are appropriately uniformed. Meet with municipal inspectors and secure permits as required. Implement site-specific safety plans. Oversee moisture mapping for water losses. Coordinate after-hours emergency services, including board-ups and water/fire damage responses. Respond to emergencies, including after-hours responses. Develop and manage contents operational processes. Maintain warehouse stock with necessary supplies and equipment. Attend BELFOR sponsored training courses. Qualify subcontractors and complete vendor packages. Conduct staff performance assessments. Perform other duties as assigned. Requirements

Work collaboratively to promote customer satisfaction and organizational success. Qualifications
Sense of urgency, professionalism, positive attitude, and strong work ethic. Minimum 5 years' superintendent experience in restoration, cleaning, or construction industries. Experience with site safety plans and knowledge of DOT requirements. Eligible to operate company vehicles; experience with trucks up to 26,000 GVW preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office and restoration management systems. Willing to work nights, weekends, and travel periodically. For Restoration Project Manager: capable of handling projects up to $500,000 single and $1,000,000+ aggregate; experienced in water, fire, or contents damage. For Construction Project Manager: capable of handling projects up to $750,000 single and $1,000,000+ aggregate; extensive knowledge of construction trades and building codes. Preferred certifications include OSHA 30-hour, EPA Lead RRP, and experience with hazardous materials. Physical Demands
