We are seeking an experienced
Electrical & Automation Engineering Manager
to lead automation, controls, and capital expansion projects at our client's manufacturing facility. This role combines
hands-on engineering and project leadership , ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable plant operations. Key responsibilities include: Lead electrical/automation projects, including system upgrades and new installations. Design, implement, and maintain PLC, HMI, VFD, and power distribution systems. Troubleshoot complex electrical/control issues and minimize downtime. Ensure compliance with safety standards (OSHA, NEC, NFPA 70E). Manage project execution, budgets, and schedules. Mentor technicians and engineers, driving continuous improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or related). 7+ years in manufacturing with electrical/automation systems. Strong knowledge of PLCs, HMIs, motor controls, and power distribution. Allen-Bradley/Rockwell Automation experience preferred. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Must be willing to travel to support new plants. Compensation:
$130,000-$145,000 Seniority level
