IconicCare is a physician‑owned group of skilled providers (physicians, PAs, and NPs) offering care across ten states. For the past four years, we’ve partnered with top‑tier nursing and skilled care facilities nationwide to manage pain and enhance therapy outcomes.
Location Remote with resident city limitations. Candidates must be based in one of the following greater metropolitan areas: Salt Lake City, Seattle/Tacoma, Oakland/East Bay, Phoenix, Las Vegas, or Denver. Candidates living outside of these metropolitan cities

Compensation Salary $155,000‑185,000 with additional bonuses and commissions based on performance. W2 Employee.
Responsibilities
Provide interim clinical coverage at Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) nationwide for providers on extended leave.
Train and onboard new Nurse Practitioners (NPs) and Physician Assistants, ensuring they are set up for success.
Introduce new providers to facility administrators and primary care teams to establish strong working relationships.
Guide development of efficient patient rounding schedules and streamlined charting processes.
Travel extensively 48‑50 weeks per year, Monday through Friday across nationwide SKN facilities.
Who You Are A dynamic and experienced
Nurse Practitioner (NP)
or
Physician Assistant (PA)
who loves to travel, care for patients, and teach; possessing a passion for physiatry and a knack for building strong relationships with medical teams as well as mentoring new providers.
Qualifications
A current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification.
A valid medical and DEA license.
At least 3‑5 years of clinical experience in Physiatry, PM&R, Skilled Nursing Facilities, or Post‑Acute Care.
A passion for educating others and a people‑first personality.
Availability and willingness to travel frequently and for extended periods.
Benefits
Annual Salary: $155,000‑$185,000 depending on experience.
Bonus compensation: additional compensation for performance.
Travel: All travel expenses are paid with generous per diem.
